Soft Talk Counselling & Psychotherapy was established by Alisa Lhaochareonwong, a registered counsellor and psychotherapist with a bachelor’s degree in psychological science and a master’s degree in counselling.

Alisa provides counselling to adults from all ethnicities and communities, with a deep understanding of Asian Australian experiences. She support clients in navigating the complexities of both their cultural heritage and Western society.

Alisa has experience helping clients manage a wide range of psychological challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflicts, cultural issues, loneliness, low self-esteem, work-related and academic stress, grief, and more.

Her passion is providing innovative treatments that positively impact her clients' health and well-being. Alisa tailors each session to the unique needs and goals of her clients, empowering them to become their own therapist and build confidence. While she speaks Thai, Alisa conducts all counselling sessions in English.
